Portuguese actress based between Portugal and The Netherlands. I fluently speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. My foundation was built on psychophysical training in Portugal. I've done five years of staged poetry performances, choreographies around poems and internal monologues, touring across Portugal and Spain.

While abroad, I have recently trained in Meisner technique, clowning and Alexander technique in Amsterdam, in physical theatre and improvisation in Leiden, and in Gaga movement in Berlin.
